Whether recording, processing or regulation – you accompany material damage from the beginning to the end You examine cases of regression and fraud and initiate appropriate measures You commission and control our regulators and partner companies The telephone and personal customer support as well as correspondence with our internal and external customers are also your tasks You determine and monitor our reserves

You have a degree as a merchant for insurance and finance, ideally with further education as a specialist:in insurance and finance You have several years of professional experience in the processing of damage, preferably in the field of insurance and fraud You have a sound knowledge of insurance conditions, clauses, relevant laws and legal notices Their activities are customer and service-oriented, economic and responsive. You like to work in the team and contribute to a positive working climate You are safe in transition with the current MS Office applications
