Processing the entire order processing process – from order acceptance to delivery Detection and implementation of national and international customs and trade regulations Apply & Acquisition of Export Authorizations via BAFA Interface management between sales, planning, production, logistics, customers and authorities Organization & implementation of import/export returns, creation of customs documents, export control Organization and communication with logistics service providers & customers Invoicing and dunning General correspondence and customer communication

Professional training with professional experience Knowledge in the fields of import and export, export control, customs and trade Experience in the field of global import/exports Good ERP skills, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision Self-responsible work, team skills and commitment Hands-on mentality At least good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are required
