Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

Technical clarification of manufacturing requirements with customers Analysis of existing production processes and determination of optimal production steps along the value flow Implementation of process analyses focusing on costs, quality, delivery times and reject reduction Definition and implementation of measures for process deviations or changes Implementation of improvement projects using REFA, standard work and 5S methods Participation in investment and equipment introduction projects Production of load specifications for machines, clamping means, automation and peripherals Support in implementing efficient production layouts and workflows Cooperation with Manufacturing, AV, NC, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Tool Management Working with internal improvement projects (e.g. CVP workshops)

Complete study in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable qualification Alternatively, technical training with corresponding further training Experience in the analysis and optimization of production processes Knowledge of Lean Methods, REFA, Standard Work or 5S Experience in cooperation with manufacturing and technical departments Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength in handling internal teams and customers Good knowledge of German in word and writing
