Specialist Supplier Quality - Supplier Qualification (m/f/d)

You take over the strategic supplier release and development in the national and international context from QM view In doing so, you will provide services to the subsidiaries and partner companies in matters of quality You conduct auditing at suppliers to evaluate their processes and standards In addition, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of supplier appointments and audits for the qualitative evaluation, approval and further development of suppliers You shall contribute to the planning and implementation of all necessary measures within the framework of the selection of suppliers. Together with the Supplier Quality specialists, you prepare the risk classification of suppliers based on the QM evaluation criteria and carry them through You coordinate internal and external voting, follow corrective measures and check the acceptance of delivery items from suppliers The release of first samples as well as the manufacturing and testing processes at the supplier is also one of your tasks You control and consolidate product groups or projects from the perspective of supplier development, including escalation management You define and follow quality-relevant measures when moving assemblies to other suppliers Complex negotiations on QS requirements prepare you to support their implementation and take over the post-processing Finally, train and instruct staff and suppliers in the field of quality assurance

You have a completed technical study with multi-year professional experience or are technicians with long-term relevant experience and additional qualifications or have a comparable qualification A completed additional training to the QM-Auditor is provided, further relevant additional qualifications are desirable You have strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques and master QM management tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D method or Kaizen Very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications we require you Ideally, you also have experience in handling the CAQ system Babtec as well as SAP/R3 You control the English language fluent, knowledge in French are advantageous You bring a high readiness to travel and work structured, independent and proactive Your strong communication and team skills as well as empathy characterize you You occur confidently and safely, and possess very good method and moderation skills Conflict and Criticism as well as negotiating and enforcement strength are among your strengths You are durable and have high resilience
