Together with the technical management, you are responsible for the economic, strategic and organizational development of our company. You create transparency, identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and ensure that technically successful projects also become economically successful. The responsibility for controlling and finance is in your hands, while you also create annual accounts and drive forward the strategic development. You are intensively engaged in human resources by managing and developing employees as well as managing contract matters. As a contact person for the tax advisor, you ensure smooth cooperation and ensure the establishment of efficient processes within the company
