You take responsibility: In this position, you support our Quality Director and the Quality Team for strategic and operational tasks. You will also perform organisational tasks for the Vice President Supply Chain and Vice President Sales B2B. You perform a variety of tasks: You coordinate appointments and meetings, support travel and freight processes and process offers, orders and invoices. The care of absences and absences is also one of your tasks. You drive things forward on your own: you organize the Risk Committee meetings, support the Risk Management Reporting and follow action plans. You also prepare appointments, documents and presentations professionally and actively participate in projects as well as in the data protection and assistance network. You are an important interface: You take over budget monitoring, set up dashboards and develop our team intranet page of quality. You also play a central role in the on- and off-boarding of team colleagues. You think one step further: you plan and design the internal communication of the quality department and prepare regular information rounds for the supply chain teams. In addition, you continuously develop administrative processes.

You bring a commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have first professional experience in the commercial environment and want to continuously develop. You want teamwork and you're ready to introduce your ideas. You work structured, reliable and proactive and keep an overview even in moving moments. You communicate clearly, esteemingly, and act sovereignly. You can safely master German in Word and Writing (C2) and bring very good English knowledge (min. B2).
