We work successfully with the central interfaces such as HR partners, recruiting and competence center. What you do with us: You have a high degree of reliability and accuracy and have fun supporting colleagues with data and facts? Then we like to count on you. You assume the responsibility of the monthly billing of fees with SAP R/3 HR: You set up these independently taking into account the applicable tax and social insurance laws, collective agreements and operational regulations. Your expertise is your responsibility: You are advising and advising employees and executives in all social insurance, tax and labour law issues. Communication is not a foreign word for you: guidance of correspondence with offices, social security institutions and health insurance funds. Administrative activities: taking into account the applicable collective agreements (establishments of employment contracts, contractual changes and employment certificates). A close cooperation makes you happy: especially with different internal interfaces such as Recruiting Center, HR Partner and Works Council. You are happy to participate in change processes.

A successfully completed commercial training or a Bachelor degree. You have ideally been able to gain first professional experience in a comparable workmanship function (ideally wage and salary billing). We are also pleased if you have first experience in the fields of pay tax and social security. Your well-founded knowledge of popular MS Office applications and ideally user knowledge in SAP HR.
