Who are we? Around 18,000 people work in pastoral care, administration and social institutions and educational institutions at the Erzbistum München and Freising. In an interdisciplinary team of social pedagogues:insides, pastoral care workers:inside, ideas and projects for youth work are developed together with young people. Development of personality and accompaniment of young people and young adults in the design of their habitats and in particular in various problems Advice and support for youth work in the social area and the Catholic youth associations at the Dean's and City level needs-oriented planning and implementation of education, leisure activities, events and projects in the social areas together with young people Networking and representation of the interests of Catholic youth work in church and municipal bodies.

completed university studies of social work (BA/Dipl.-FH) or an educational university study or comparable qualification subject-specific knowledge (group pedagogy / methodology / social-spatial work) Experience in youth(federation)work Willingness to work on committees and teamwork as well as to cooperate with general and voluntary employees of the ecclesiastical and municipal youth work Knowledge in the social media sector and in the application of digital tools valid car driving permit flexible working hours (providing evening and weekend services) active participation in the prevention of sexual violence in children and young people Identification with objectives and values of the Catholic Church and of the Church's youth work.
