Subject: Milling technology Lies | unlimited | from now on | full time/35 hours As a machining mechanic (m/w/d), you are responsible for the mechanical machining of assemblies in our tool construction. The operation, programming and monitoring of conventional and NC-controlled milling machines/turning machines is also part of your tasks, with an accurate and careful operation being the focus.

Operation and installation of milling and turning machines Self-assembly, fitting and operating of conventional and NC-controlled milling and turning machines according to work specifications Maintenance and conversion of machines Regular maintenance, maintenance and refurbishment of milling machines for different production orders Determining machining parameters selection of suitable tools, clamping means and machining parameters to ensure an efficient and precise production process Operation of machining centres Retaining and retracting of modern machining centers with automatic tool changer as well as adjustment data for dimensional deviations Machine loading and unloading Safe loading and unloading of machines to maintain the production flow and to avoid downtime Conventional rotary machining Machining of conventional lathes based on technical documents and drawings Quality assurance during production Compliance with the quality requirements for the self-made products by continuous testing and measurement control Manufacturing documentation Creation and maintenance of prescribed production records for traceability and process safety

Successfully completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) or equivalent metalworking training with corresponding professional experience Safe handling of technical design drawings Very good programming knowledge of NC milling machines Found experience in the production of mechanical components Experience in handling technical data and sketches from CAD programs safe handling of measuring devices Self-employed, precise and conscientious work Teamability and willingness to shiftwork (spring/spring) Depending on the type of disability, the site is suitable for people with difficulty.
