in full time (40 hours/week)

The GQA seal, confirms to the I-A-A that all human, technical, factual and organisational requirements have to be met, qualified and comprehensively advised by companies in occupational health and safety across the country or across Europe.

Your duties

• Supporting our team in occupational health inquiries from our external service

• Consulting our customers on the phone

• You maintain and intensify existing relationships with our customers by processing and processing incoming requests

• Direct cooperation with the external service

• Interface between external service and internal service

• Interface between customer and external service

• Close contact with the doctor's practices

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial or medical (MFA, rescue assistants etc.) vocational training or have a comparable qualification

• They were able to gain several years of professional experience in a comparable activity

• With the popular MS Office applications you are well familiar

• A good team collaboration is just as important as us

• A careful and reliable way of working with good self-organization

• A strong service idea and a high customer orientation as well as very good communication skills complete your profile
