Planning and control of engineering work packages in the team Cost estimation and creation of performance descriptions Sales support as a central contact for customers Coordination of engineering teams in plant engineering, e.g. civil engineers:inside, design engineers:inside, technicians:inside Coordination with internal and cross-disciplinary interfaces and suppliers Participation in the scheduling of plant extensions or new buildings Leading consultations and ensuring information distribution to employees Organisation of project assignment, holiday planning and onboarding within the team Support in change management processes and complaint management to customers

Complete studies in civil engineering Experience in coordinating engineering teams in plant engineering Experience in quality assurance and testing of engineering planning documents Knowledge of project planning with MS Project Application experience in quotation and cost calculations Knowledge in change management as well as claim management desirable Experience in cooperation with exporting companies/suppliers on site German knowledge required for C1 level and English knowledge
