IT - Risk Management Consultant (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Strategic advice: As a central contact person, you advise our internal customers comprehensively in the design, implementation and continuous optimization of pioneering IT risk management solutions within the entire Black Group. Risk Analysis & Optimization: You analyze and evaluate proactively existing IT systems and processes, identify potential risks and develop concrete action recommendations for increasing efficiency and risk mitigation. Tool management: You actively accompany the entire process from selection to successful implementation of a suitable risk management tool and then take over its technical support and further development to ensure its optimal performance. Knowledge Transfer: You design and guide practical training and workshops to strengthen the risk awareness and competencies of our customers and internal teams. Reporting & Communication: You'll create meaningful reports and convincing presentations for top management and relevant stakeholders to explain complex issues in a comprehensible way and prepare strategic decisions.

Qualification: A successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, IT security or a comparable qualification with IT reference. Experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience in IT consulting, ideally with a clear focus on IT risk management, information security or business continuity management (BCM). Expertise: Funded expertise in the analysis, evaluation and optimization of complex IT processes. Tool knowledge: Practical experience with common risk management software solutions and tools; Knowledge of ServiceNow is a big plus. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to communicate and present complex facts clearly and convincingly. Operation: High customer orientation, strong team skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Languages: German and very good English knowledge in word and writing. JOBV1_EN
