For our location in Bergisch Gladbach we are looking for a personality who wants to take responsibility, to promote themes and actively shape our property management as Technical Property Manager (w/m/d) in full time (40 h/week)

You are the central contact point between the internal management of commercial properties and tenants You ensure first-class internal and external communication as well as high service standards in technical issues You work closely with the commercial property/asset management in the rental, tenant development and implementation of strategic measures in the real estate portfolio You control external facility management service providers You identify optimization potentials for the technical systems and their operation You control and monitor the implementation of CapEx actions You are responsible for the ongoing technical management and development of selected commercial properties You will start the annual planning and the annual budget and be responsible for its implementation

A technical training in the field of building or operating technology or a degree in engineering, architecture or technical building management Including professional experience in the technical building management of commercial properties Creative and conceptual thinking and working methods as well as sense of responsibility and flexibility Strong communication skills, business sense and negotiation skills Teamability and a sympathetic, sovereign and safe occurrence
