Preparation, negotiation and implementation of contracts for the acquisition, property control of demand areas for road construction measures, safeguarding landscape-career compensation and replacement measures Creating application documents for expropriation proceedings Compilation of responses and opinions on objections to basic acquisitions in plan setting procedures Property management Support and coordination, commissioning and monitoring of third parties (service providers) for acquisition and property matters

Completed (specialized) university degree with a focus on administration, law, agriculture or forestry, surveying / geoinformation or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience That would be desirable: Directives on private law, property law, road law and other relevant legal bases such as the Civil Code (BGB), Federal Road Law (FStrG), Federal Budget Regulation (BHO), State Budget Regulation (LHO), Rules on fees for official surveying (VermwirtschaftsGebO), Regulation on the establishment of automated access procedures and regular data transmission Secure knowledge in handling IT procedures and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) Good to very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence as well as pleasure in work in the team Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
