New development, further development and product care of electrotechnical/mechatronic products from concept to serial operation (serial maturity, changes, variants, obsolescence, costs) Circuit development (analog/digital) incl. Implementation in the E-CAD system (e.g. Eagle, Altium or the like) EMC-compliant PCB layout and EMC optimization (design rules, pre compliance) firmware/software development and integration (C/C++, Python) for embedded functions as well as supporting development and test tools Conception, development and commissioning of test systems (hardware/software) incl. Test procedures, test execution, evaluation and optimization Rear rotor and error cause analysis (finding, error reproduction, measurement/test analysis) incl. deriving and implementing corrective measures Requirements Engineering: Construction and maintenance of requirements specifications/ specifications (Lasten-/Pflichtenheft) incl. Traceability, acceptance criteria and change management Conformity & Documentation: Technical Documentation, Test Reports and Declarations of Conformity within Comformity Assessment Procedures Interface Management for Development, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Approval and External Test Labs, Suppliers and Service Providers commissioning and control of external service providers for development volumes including Performance description, appointment/quality control and acceptance of results

Complete study of electrical engineering or mechatronics (focus on E-technology) Multiannual practice in the development of electronic assemblies/products, ideal in the industrial environment Methodological competence in systematic troubleshooting and analysis (measurement, laboratory work, structured problem solution) Safe handling of development tools and processes (e.g. version management/reviews, structured documentation) Knowledge of relevant standards/directives and understanding of regulatory requirements Self-employed, structured working, team and communication skills Secure knowledge of English in word and writing
