Working Capital Sales, together with Trade Finance & Correspondent Banking, is one of the three trading & Correspondent Banking sales units. Our team “Working Capital Sales Large Corporates” serves the largest corporate customers of the Corporates Division as well as customers from the regional coverage teams. We develop tailor-made solutions along the entire Working Capital value chain and actively contribute to optimizing the liquidity and financing of our customers.

Type of employment: Full time You take over the independent, final-oriented consulting of business customers in the field of working capital. In doing so, you are responsible for achieving your earnings and budget targets while maintaining appropriate risk profile. You act as a competent conversation partner at eye level and develop individual solutions along the entire Working Capital value chain. You opt for existing customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction through customized solutions. You actively acquire new business customers for the Working Capital segment and develop them profitably – always with a view to a balanced yield-risk ratio. You can independently identify new business opportunities, develop innovative product approaches and implement targeted sales measures. You work closely with colleagues from Trade Finance and other departments to use synergies and share know-how. You build a network to our FinTech partners and represent the Bank at events as the leading provider of working capital solutions.

Studies: Successfully completed studies or comparable qualifications. Experience: at least 5 years of experience in a comparable environment at an international bank; very good prior knowledge of the structuring and distribution of working capital solutions at large companies are required. Knowledge: Found market knowledge and experience in market observation as well as systematic, target group and potential-oriented market management Skills: Embossed sales strength, negotiation skills and final orientation as well as positive handling of changes Communication: Professional presentation technology, communication strength and rhetoric Languages: German and English knowledge. Enthusiasm for digital affinity, very good MS Office skills and readiness to travel.
