Concepts, instruments and processes of operational and strategic personnel work will be brought closer to you. Our department consists of 29 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your participation in the 1st quarter of 2026. Support of personnel managers:in the daily business, as well as independent creation of labour law documents You issue opinions on labour law issues and respond to labour law requests from staff Accompanying the personnel managers:inside with a legal focus on company-internal appointments, such as disciplinary personnel discussions, as well as internal negotiations Conducting official research on current labour law topics Participation in training events e.g. B. to health-oriented guidance Application of your theoretical knowledge in business practice Working with day-to-day personnel management measures We offer you:
