If you have a passion for numbers and controlling, and at the same time you have the pleasure of compiling inno­vative personal marketing strategies, then you are right with us. We are looking for a team-oriented and communicative personality that has a good understanding of financial relationships and brings experience in budget planning and control. In addition to the operational support of the personal marketing team, the focus of the job is on budget and contract management, which includes budgetary control, contract coordination and budget control. In this varied position you will find the following main tasks: Participation in staff marketing budget Continuous monitoring, evaluation, control and further development of budget development including deriving recommendations for action Support and further development of contract management for framework and service contracts and licensing agreements in cooperation with internal branch offices Examination of offers and invoices Implementation of economic considerations Operational support in personal marketing, in particular in campaigns, recruiting and communication, as well as in events and trade fairs. To this end, you will also be able to work on weekends and evenings in exceptional cases. To this end, the operation of service vehicles is necessary.
