We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Kita guide (m/w/d) with 30–39 hours for our new Kitahaus Burgunderweg in Hamburg-Niendorf, which is expected to be opened in mid-June 2026. The weekly working hours are growing in perspective with increasing number of children. A location for our children Kita Burgunderweg is located in a green location in Hamburg-Niendorf, close to the Niendorfer Geheges. This location opens up a variety of possibilities for natural pedagogy, outdoor movement and regular excursions to the forest. With 80–100 support places, the facility grows significantly and offers you the chance to build and develop a new kita in a sustainable manner as a future location management with its partially open concept.

Leadership of the pedagogical team with reliability, clarity and a facing understanding of leadership Organizing and educational accompaniment of the transition from the previous establishment to the new Kitahaus (including structured preparation of the closure of the previous site, the careful relocation of the children as well as the transparent communication with families, the team and relevant interfaces) Structure of the new children's recordings and good reconciliation and transition planning Responsibility and management of the educational budget Content design of the educational area as part of quality management (PQ-SYS®) (further) Development and implementation of pedagogical concepts Participation in personnel acquisitions and recruitment decisions to expand the existing team according to needs Representation of the institution to the outside and maintenance of partnership cooperation with parents, authorities, offices and other network partners Designing a trusted, transparent and professional cooperation with parents

A completed study of pedagogy (e.g. social education, social work, early or elementary education) with state recognition, training as an educator or equivalent qualification Multiannual experience in the management of a daycare centre Commitment to Building the New Kita A sovereign management, loyalty and empathy Comprehensive knowledge in the Hamburger Bildungslandschaft (KiBeG etc.) An independent, structured and precise operation, loadability and flexibility Creativity and joy in the proactive design of (Change) processes
