Ensuring trouble-free operation and the technically perfect condition of the supervised building equipment Inspections, maintenance and testing of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities Implementation of control procedures and technical approaches to early detection of optimization and action requirements Independent repair, repair and trouble remediation measures

Completed technical training as plant mechanic HKLS, SHK plant mechanic, heating mechanic, gas and water installer, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration, central heating and ventilation equipment or comparable qualification Ideally first professional experience in building technology, maintenance or maintenance Professional as well as technically experienced cross-income with readiness for further training are also welcome German knowledge at least on level B2 and driving licence class B Reliable, service-oriented and team-oriented work
