You are responsible for controlling or ensuring a highly qualicated, comprehensive and patient-oriented care. You are planning the use of personnel; you will also lead and develop the employees assigned to you. You contribute to the further development of quality management, in particular in terms of operating and hygiene standards, which you monitor. You are a member of the OP Management team and are actively involved in the OP coordination.
