Construction Management Assistant - Interior Design / Project Controlling (m/f/d)

You enter commercial construction projects in the field of interior design across all phases – from costing and preparation to realization to successful ablation You evaluate contract terms and performance descriptions already in the offer phase to make the right choices from the start You conduct award negotiations and start as well as develop contracting and supplier contracts in close coordination with the building management You create regular target-actual comparisons as well as precise forecasts for costs, performance and results (project controlling) You create and optimierst tender documents and assemble the contract documents legally secure You plan, formulate and negotiate payment plans and keeps receivables, payments and guarantees under control You are able to manage and actively participate in construction meetings and contract negotiations

You ideally have a completed degree as a farmer:in or civil engineer:in and well-founded professional experience in the construction industry You have solidified and up-to-date knowledge of building and contract law that gives you safety in the project everyday You have experience with different contract types and are absolutely safe in handling the construction site font traffic You show commitment, team skills and consistently act independently You have strong organizational skills and bring the necessary flexibility for the dynamics at the construction site You have negotiating and enforcement capabilities, as well as a safe, professional appearance to all project participants You have a very good communication capability and a strong customer orientation You are safe in handling MS Office applications and common AVA programs You have good English skills in word and writing, which is desirable for our cooperation with international partners
