You have the opportunity to develop tailor-made language support offers and to adapt them to the specific needs of new immigrants. Their commitment helps to improve the training experience for all participants and is a central part of our mission. Your tasks include the identification of individual support needs of the trainees and the placement of corresponding offers in close consultation with all stakeholders involved in the process. They organise professional language courses in cooperation with vocational schools, training institutions and language courses. In doing so, you harmonise language courses with the respective courses and promote the exchange between training establishments, vocational schools and relevant institutions. They design network meetings with teachers, youth social workers and school leaders to create a continuous dialogue and a positive learning environment. In addition, you offer organisational support for the trainees and advise them individually, in particular with language challenges. Their empathic and helpful way will be a great help to them. We are looking for an empirical personality with a university degree in social education, human resources management, administrative sciences or a comparable field of study. Experiences in language promotion and the implementation of language courses are advantageous. Your strong communicative skills as well as your strong social and educational competence make you a perfect addition to our team.
