Construction Manager Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

After intensive incorporation, you take over as responsible:r Bauleiter:in construction sites in the Rhine-Main area for turnkey construction. Our focus is in Rheinhessen and in the fore-taunus. You control works from the handover of your colleagues from the building to the completion of the project independently. In doing so, you coordinate all trades and responsible for quality assurance, cost control and compliance with the schedule. Together with the purchase, you take over the tendering, awarding and billing of after-contracting services. You are in constant exchange with the builder: You discuss and calculate special requests, inform about the building stand, carry out interim measures and organize the transfer.

You are civil engineer:in, architect:in or have a comparable training. You have at least three years of professional experience in the field of turnkey construction. Class B licence is required for this place. You are strong in communication and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. We build everything from the detached house to the laboratory building to the shopping center. Experience in different asset classes is therefore a plus. Ideally, you already know our software “iTwo” and “ProPlan”. Alternatively, we are happy to train you!
