Commercial Employee - Technical Internal Service / Customer Service (m/w/d)

Teksam GmbH, a German sales subsidiary of the Belgian parent company Teksam Company NV, was founded in May 1994 and is responsible for the DACH region.

Our brands Teklite and Clark Masts have been a solid term for more than 50 years when it comes to pneumatic and mechanical telescopic masts. Our mast & lighting systems are used worldwide for a wide range of applications. The TekMast is a lightweight mechanical field mast introduced in the market since 2009.

You are a contact person for customers: you communicate with them mainly in German and often in English You stand with our customers: in addition, via e-mail also by phone in contact You occasionally support trade fairs personally on site, options for this are usually about 10 times a year You provide technical support in sales You process orders and requests for our mast & lighting systems You create offers and orders for spare parts and services You start shipping tickets You enter customers: active in complaints and wrap them up ...short: You enter our customers in A–Z throughout the process.

You have a commercial training, for example, industrial businessman (m/w/d), office businessman (m/w/d) or similar – a cross entry is unfortunately not possible You have technical understanding and imagination on the repair processes of our machines You bring computer skills with (Microsoft Office) You ideally have previous knowledge of the order processing software Sage Quantum You have pleasure in working with direct customer: inside contact and a friendly, well-kept appearance You are looking for a new long-term position where you can develop. You have good English skills in word and writing that you regularly need for communication with our customers:
