To strengthen our CRM department at NOVA, we are looking for you at the locations Mainz, Hannover or Hamburg. About us The trade association Holz und Metall (BGHM) is one of the largest providers of statutory accident insurance in Germany. We take insurance cover for around 5 million insured persons in more than 250,000 companies in both industries. Our aim is to help people who are endangered by working conditions or affected by accidents or occupational diseases. The IT organizations of the BGHM and the VBG work in a joint operation (NOVA). The NOVA has the right to use current technologies in a safe and timely manner and to continuously develop and adapt IT solutions. The focus is on the development of our own application systems as well as the adaptation and integration of various standard software products. Short decision-making, independent work and a good working atmosphere characterize the NOVA and lead the work in interdisciplinary teams to a common success.

As a central contact for our cooperation partners, departments and IT coordination bodies, you take over the key account management in the CRM area for strategic cooperation partner support and integration. They accompany the IT requirement management process with regard to the acceptance, evaluation and prioritization of new requirements, control them across the field and conduct central meetings at the operational level. Knowledge transfer is yours? They organize and carry out training for users. Disorders and problems are coordinated and re-processed by an efficient incident management. Service and quality are also important to you? Conduct quality assurance measures, measure quality and efficiency on the basis of KPIs and establish a reporting system for full support.

Including completed university studies (Bachelor, FH Diploma) Multiannual professional experience in the IT environment Very good knowledge of CRM systems and IT service processes Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps desirable Very good German in word and writing (at least language level C1) Analytical and conceptual skills as well as rapid understanding and high problem solving competence Embossed communication and team skills Willingness to attend on-site service trips

An indefinite employment contract with the BGHM in full time, the possibility for parttime is basically given and is examined if appropriate applications are available.
