With your technical know-how, you can ensure the reliable functioning of our metering systems and provide our customers with expert advice on all application-related issues. Your tasks at a glance: Service & Installation: Installation, commissioning and maintenance of our dosing systems in the professional washing and rinsing area Troubleshooting: Analysis and Repair of Technical Disorders Directly At Customer Customer support: Technical advice and support of our customers in matters relating to systems, applications and products Plant optimization: Ensuring high plant availability and identifying optimization potentials Documentation: Documentation of service operations carried out and technical measures

This brings you – technology meets customer orientation (m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d), electrical engineering (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification knowledge of the installation and maintenance of dosing technology or comparable technical systems and ideally to chemical cleaning agents and their mode of operation Experience in technical service, customer service or field service Joy in direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation Place of residence in the field of use and willingness to regular daily operations at local customers Travel readiness incl. occasional accommodation (up to 2 nights/week)
