This is what awaits you as a specialist in key account management for occupational pensions (m/w/d) Own-responsible care: You take care of the retirement provision of our corporate customers. Customer and intermediary contact: They are the contact person for our customers and intermediaries, advise them and provide information by telephone and in writing. Develop business relationships: They actively support new business contacts and deepen existing ones. This also includes participation in negotiations with intermediaries. Project work: They work on projects that improve our systems and processes.

Education: You have completed commercial training or studies in law, business or economy. Experience and expertise: They have ideally experience in life insurance, preferably in the field of occupational pensions (bAV). Team skills and social competence: They have the pleasure of teamwork and strong social competence. Service orientation and communication strength: They convince by professional appearance, communication strength and service orientation, coupled with joy in handling demanding customers, sales and internal partners. Working and conceptual skills: They are characterised by a customer-oriented and systematic way of working with good conceptual skills. Technology competence: They have a safe handling of computer systems, in particular office applications. Project and change competence: Ideally, they bring experience in staff and/or project experience.
