You work quickly on topics, keep track of many tasks and recognize early when something doesn't fit? You're thinking, instead of just working out - and do things happen independently? Then you'll fit us well.

Create tasks: You coordinate appointments, information and procedures in such a way that You run smoothly and always keep track of parallel projects. Analytical procedure: You accompany projects commercially - from collection to billing. You can quickly work into technical topics (here: electrical engineering) and understand how projects are built and what information is relevant. Create your own responsibility: you create evaluations and reports as a basis of decision and bring information to the point - oral and written. You agree with internal teams and external partners at any time. You take responsibility to check invoices, performance certificates and data for plausibility, ensuring that numbers are accurate and processes run clean. Due to your precise working methods, you will notice early when something is not running around and can thus independently clarify themes and initiate solutions. Precisely implement: You organize orders, materials and subcontractors and support project leaders in smooth and efficient project realization. Drive progress: You work with CRM and other systems and develop processes.

Know-How: You fit well with us if you can structuring and prioritizing, understand technical relationships, are affinity for numbers, identify problems and be able to independently solve and communicate bindingly. Experience: Ideally, you have already worked as a technical assistance or in the project environment and have knowledge in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. reading drawings). It is important to us to have experience with billing, scale and/or project controlling. Knowledge: You are a numerical and computer affinity and can quickly work into new PC programs. Personality: You are team players with binding communication capability and constructive enforcement capability and have an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working. Use: You are ready to occasionally travel to our locations in the northeast of Germany. Languages: German language skills, English skills desirable
