Ensure that the customer complies with his commitments. coordination of customer responses with the planning management and the various areas (reconstruction, upgrades, red/replacement etc.). Central contact person (SPOC) for commercial/legal agreements with regard to our production lines (if required, coordination with sales or contract management). Coordination of targets / forecasts / escalations between production lines and the customer. Responsible for the preparation of documents for the SteerCo-Slides Committee. Central respondent (SPOC) for data matching (data consistency) between customer and VT (input can come from the customer or PMO). Client's attorney (Customer Advocate). Support for sales in discussions with Vodafone.

A successfully completed degree in economics, engineering, or adjacent degree courses At least 10 years of experience in telecommunications Experience in managing projects Ideally experience in strategy and business development in telecommunications and/or strategic key account management High quality and responsibility awareness as well as the ability to present complex topics and relationships in attractive presentations German and English knowledge in word and writing (C1 to GER)
