Working Student Research – Strategy and Innovation Management (m/f/d)

Main tasks You support the strategy and innovation activities of our business incubator. You take care of the conduct of research on trends, market developments, competitors and technologies. You take the collection and evaluation of data from different sources to support sound decisions. You enter into communication with relevant stakeholders within and outside our group of companies. Other tasks You create and review reports and presentations for research results and as part of our strategy work. You use your search AI tools, develop suitable prompts and are an active part of our internal AI community. You take care of the management, archiving and, if necessary, updating of documents.

Experience and know-how You are enrolled as a master student (m/w/d) of an economic, TEM, social or spiritual study program. First practical experiences of you in the field of strategy, business development or innovation are a plus. You bring very good knowledge of German and English. You can safely master the work with MS Office and have ideally already experience chatGPT and/or other AI tools. Personality You have a fast, analytical conception and convince by a structured, reliable way of working. Openness, intercultural understanding and communication strength characterize you. At the same time, you question data or information critically and develop your own assessment. Team skills, curiosity and the courage to take new challenges round off your profile.
