As a designer (m/w/d) automation technology, you are responsible for the construction of mechanical assemblies and automation systems. With your know-how and your sense of practical solutions, you make a decisive contribution to ensuring that our systems are implemented reliably, efficiently and properly. As a team, we work closely with our customers and BÄR Automation GmbH near Heilbronn to ensure smooth cooperation.

Varied tasks

Construction & development: independent development and detailing of assemblies and machine components for automation systems. Optimization & Initiative: Analysis of existing designs, introduction of automation proposals and implementation of concepts. CAD & Drawings: creation of 3D models, technical drawings, piece lists and mounting documents (especially with SolidWorks). Interface work: Close cooperation with PLC programmers, automation specialists and manufacturing to ensure optimal integration of mechanics. Component selection & Prototyping: evaluation and selection of suitable components and standard components, support in the production of prototypes and performance of function tests to test and adapt designs. Documentation: Support in the preparation of CE documentation and maintenance of technical documents and subgroup lists.

You have at least 3 years of experience in the construction of automation systems, machines or assemblies. You have already constructed functional and reliable solutions. Your routine in dealing with 3D CAD tools (especially SolidWorks) and your knowledge of security concepts (CE) will give you the assurance of constructing your own responsibility. Travel activities are of course for you so that you can optimally support your customers on site and develop the best possible solutions with our partners from BÄR Automation GmbH. You do not only want to “sign” but actively think, bring their own ideas and implement constructions. You can safely communicate with customers and suppliers in German and English and communicate complex topics to you clearly.
