Accounts payable accountant (m/f/d)

You independently check, maintain and book input invoices via our digital billing input platform – taking into account tax and accounting requirements. You put creditor master files and care them carefully. You plan and carry out our payment transactions reliably and make sure that you pay on time. You're voting creditor accounts, clearing open positions and differences and making a clean account management. You stand in regular exchange with suppliers as well as our internal departments and find suitable solutions together. You support projects in finance and accounting and actively contribute your ideas. You support the professional support of our trainees in financial accounting.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. Ideally, you could already gain professional experience in creditor accounting or financial accounting. You are sure to go with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with an ERP system as well as digital accounting processes. You work structured, carefully and independently. You have a good number understanding and place great value on accuracy. You also keep an overview and work reliably in work-intensive phases. You communicate openly and confidently with internal and external contacts. You are a team player, bringing your own initiative, and you have the right to do your tasks qualitatively.
