Study of Business Administration or similar course of study, alternative comparable training Founded professional experience in operational personnel work, ideally in the logistics sector Very good experience as HR Business Partner in global matrix organization or similar position Experience in negotiations with works councils Sovereignty, Sensitivity and Responsibility in Dealing with Staff and Executives Solid knowledge of labour and social law Teamability and joy in dynamic, international work environment Good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS Office and HR systems Corporate experience or experience in logistics Good knowledge of English Experience with SAP Factors
