Independent management of the open full-day school in the sense of the masterpiece of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e. V., the school guide and the applicable legal foundations. Combination of organization, control and direct pedagogical work on site. design of educational, care and leisure activities; Further development of pedagogical concepts. Leadership and development of a multi-professional team. Cooperation with school management, school support, youth office and network partners. Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, team development and employee discussions. Design spaces for projects, OGS everyday and parental work. Structured integration and support in all management tasks.

(m/w/d) or comparable educational qualifications Studies (e.g. social education, education). Professional experience in work with primary school children, ideally throughout the whole day. Experience in the development and implementation of educational concepts. Competence in dealing with challenging behaviour and crisis intervention and prevention. Confidential and binding parental work, especially with families in burdensome situations. Structured cooperation with school, youth office and network partners. Valuable, clear and professional leadership style. Organisational strength, communication skills and decision-making security.
