Responsibility for consulting, design, implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Time, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning etc. Analysis of HR processes and development of innovative solutions that convince both functionally and economically. Implementation of workshops, training and change management processes to ensure acceptance and sustainable success. Development of best practices, templates and standards that are scalable and deliver real added value.
We are looking for high performers that are characterized by: Must‐Haves: Several successful SAP SuccessFactors project experiences Embossed competence in design and customizing Very good knowledge of German and English (written & oral) Strong analytical ability, problem-solving thinking Agile operation, pronounced customer orientation & communication strength Nice‐to‐Haves: Experience with international rollouts or multi-country implementations Experience with change management & user adoption strategies Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules Experience with Cloud Architectures, Integrations or HR-Tech Ecosystems Experience in ECP / HCM Payroll
