Therapy process: anamnese, individual therapy planning, education and continuous evaluation. Case management: coordination and responsibility of all necessary measures with treating physicians and other external experts in the sense of interdisciplinary treatment. Cooperation: Professional exchange in the therapeutic team with colleagues, doctors and specialists.

Senior Caregiver, Nurse/Pflegefachmann, Healthcare and Nurse, Nurse/Sick Career (m/w/d). Clinical background with experience in the hospital or in an acute care area (e.g. surgery, internal medicine, vascular surgery, diabetics). Specialized interest in specialized wound treatment and willingness to work holistic, interdisciplinary and guideline-based. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. In addition: In the case of nursing backgrounds, we require several years of professional experience as a wound expert/manager (m/w/d) or well-founded professional experience in a relevant clinical setting. Notes: A wound formation is advantageous, but no prerequisite. Training graduates with completed examinated training & clinical background are also welcome!
