Senior AI Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Operation Enterprise AI architecture: You develop and operate scalable platform architectures for ML, LLM and agentic workloads in the enterprise context. Automate infrastructure: You implement infrastructure as code concepts for reproducible AI environments across multiple stages. How to orchestrate AI workloads: You use containerized training, inference and MCP server workloads on Kubernetes or Cloud-native platforms. Implementation of security and access concepts: You implement IAM, Secrets Management, Network and Client Skill Concepts at platform level. Self-Service: You provide standardized runtime environments and interfaces that can be efficiently used by data, ML and GenAI teams.

Education & experience: You have completed your studies in computer science, software engineering, IT system technology or a comparable technical field and at least 5 years of experience in building and operating productive cloud or AI platforms in the enterprise environment. Expertise in platform architectures: You understand containerization, cluster architectures, scaling mechanisms and service-oriented integration patterns. Use Tech Stack: You work with Kubernetes, Terraform or Pulumi, CI/CD toolchains and at least one Hyperscaler cloud such as AWS, Azure or GCP. Structured operation: You think platform-oriented, standardizing and with clear focus on scalability, security and reusability. Language knowledge: You communicate safely and professionally in German and English.
