Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a senior engineer in the design-to-mask preparation, you are responsible for the process for adapting external chip designs to internal manufacturing conditions. You support the frame generation that converts a finished design into a ready-to-write mask set according to the requirements of the production site. This includes the acquisition, placement definition and documentation of the frame content for the Dresden plant. You ensure the generation and transmission of data that drive the automation of our factories and drive layout changes in cooperation with the layout team. In addition, you are responsible for the high-quality and targeted mask implementation and ensure correct electrical and optical structures. You check the supplied design data and document factory-specific adaptations for the Dresden plant. You work closely with the software providers, the process team in Dresden and the layout team at other Bosch locations.

Education: successfully completed university studies in a scientific field. Personality: reliable, structured, team-capable, strong, communicative Working method: independent, result-oriented and quality-oriented, good conflict and problem-solving orientation, ability to reproduce complex relationships in a precise and comprehensible manner. Experiences and know-how: several years of professional experience in semiconductor production, familiarity with chip product layouts and EDA tools, experience in mask data preparation, tapeout and layout design engineering, knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, ideally experience in the compensation of process effects Enthusiasm: Joy in solving technological issues in interdisciplinary teams Languages: good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
