System Responsibility: Care, maintenance and further development of the hardware and software for the entire portfolio of Grasso plants and aggregates – from stock model to new development
Engineering & Design: Working with the development of HW and SW concepts for safe and functional operation. This includes both standard products and customer-specific special solutions in coordination with sales and customers
Electrical design: creation, correction and technical control of current schedules (E-Plän) as well as planning, design, design and control of switch cabinet layouts and the maintenance of the associated unit lists
Software engineering: Configuration of test environments, programming of control software and the setup of necessary communication connections (interfaces)

Software expertise: knowledge of software development for industrial controllers as well as the handling of system software of common factory and programming devices
Hardware knowledge: safe handling of electrical switching systems, electronic components and electrical measuring instruments; Experience in the creation of e-plans (e.g. EPLAN P8)
Method competence: Experience in the application of control simulations to secure software quality
Language knowledge: flowing German knowledge and secure English for communication with international customers and partners
Working methods: team-oriented working methods for close cooperation with multidisciplinary departments and a high level of responsibility for the operational safety of the plants
