As Senior HR Manager (m/w/d) with focus on working law, you play a central role in the further development of our HR structures and processes. You will address the employee life cycle of the employees at the senior level of your support group – throughout the DACH area – from contract creation and onboarding, to the implementation of individual personal measures, to the clarification of labour law issues and offboarding processes. In addition, you take special topics such as occupational safety, short-term management (including BEM), HR reporting and key figures control. You bring a completed study in the field of human resources, (economic)psychology, management or a comparable commercial qualification. You have at least 6 years of professional experience as HR Generalist, HR Manager or Business Partner in a consulting company or a similarly dynamically fast-paced environment. You have up-to-date knowledge in the fields of labour, wage and social security. You work daily with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), are versed in handling HCM systems and ideally have experience in SF implementation. You convince with your structured work and a strong awareness of a positive employee experience. You are characterized by your excellent communication skills, your organizational talent and your high detail accuracy – even at a high pace.
