Project Manager Technical Project Management (m/f/d)

Complete technical project management from engineering to project-related internal coordination of purchasing, to costing and planning coordination. In the course of this, you can control all parties involved, both internally and externally, take care of the project reporting and get involved in risk management. You give a face to the projects and represent the project interests to the clients and report directly to the management. You are responsible for the project budget (quality, dates and costs) in the offer phase, the pre-construction phase and in the planning phase. You will find the right design, construction typology and materiality for economic, efficient planning and construction processes. You prepare a coordinated, economical, innovative and sustainable project for their own design and coordinate the variety of interfaces. Finally, you create routinated change and decision templates, make project decisions and monitor the project and contract objectives.

Successful studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering. A clear plus: relevant experience, best in the turnkey project management and partnering process. Planning skills and a clear view for the essentials combined with communication strength, flexibility and fun to new challenges and understand building as a team solution and combine planning and construction skills. You think and act entrepreneurially, always with the aim of driving innovation and giving our projects the decisive added value.
