The product cost engineering team “Passive Security and Doors” is all about the question: How much does a component cost – and why? What awaits you: You support us in the product costing for manufacturing materials and develop a concept with which different layouts of assembly lines for different products can be arranged and compared systematically. You work closely with development, purchasing and production and get deep insights into the world of vehicle cost analysis. Your tasks at a glance: Analysis of calculations for vehicle components such as door units and airbags Development of a concept for structuring and evaluating different assembly line layouts Examination to what extent AI applications can be used for the analysis of costs, for example in assembly lines Assessment of technical changes in cost aspects Participation in the optimization of products and manufacturing processes Cooperation with various fields of data validation What we offer you: A motivated team that welcomes you Exciting tasks with real impact Space for own ideas and co-design Flexible working hours and modern working environment The activity can start from January 2026.

What you should bring: Studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or comparable Interest in technology and economic contexts Fun on analytical thinking and structured work Secure handling with Excel & Co.
