They design and create software from idea to program code. As a member of the development team, you work on the care, troubleshooting and extension of our existing industry software packages as well as on new projects. Our software packages are professionally set up and implemented using agile methods. Initiative and creativity are explicitly desired. After a systematic introduction, you work in the team to create comprehensive software functions. The aim is to take over project and/or leadership responsibility.

Training or study with a focus on computer science, software engineering or organization is an ideal basis, but no condition. If you have collected your professional experience in a different way, your application is also welcome. In any case, you should have well-founded, multi-year experience with object-oriented programming based on C# and SQL. If you also have experience with Xamarin/Maui or JavaScript, this is advantageous for existing projects.
