Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Processing of invoice complaints • Service line support • Processing of exhibitor and visitor complaints • Installation and maintenance of customer master data for the invoice • Customer support (by phone, email and on-site service centre)

Your qualifications: • You are an open personality • Contact with customers and internal colleagues makes you happy and very good service is important to you • You have a completed commercial training and/or bring appropriate experience in order acquisition, service line and address management • You speak good English and go safely with MS-Office • User knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous • Their strength is a careful and structured way of working, as well as a pronounced understanding of quality • We anticipate the willingness to use occasionally also on weekends and holidays
