Conception & committee work: Participation in the conceptual development in intensive pedagogical setting as well as active participation in team meetings and school bodies. Concept development: implementation and further development of the pedagogical-therapeutic concept based on a development-promoting attitude (e.g. Marte Meo) in close coordination with the school management. Team management: technical and organizational management of several teams including personnel responsibility, service planning and personnel development; Moderation and control of team processes (sessions, information sharing, protocol management) also with youth offices and non-school partners. Promoting a motivating, value-adding and professional team culture as well as a role model in everyday social education. Educational offers: planning, implementation and evaluation of social pedagogical offers in intensive pedagogical school setting, also across groups. Organization: Organisation of the training and promotion offer and support of new students in the field of funding. Ensure smooth processes and responsibility for structure, order and security. Conflict management: solution-oriented conflict clarification and collegial advice. Class trips: planning and execution of at least two multi-day class trips per school year.

(w/m/d) or as an educator (w/m/d) or equivalent Experience: Experience in the field of education or in an intensive pedagogical setting desirable. Also desirable is experience with Marte Meo.
