Purpose and objective For our well-known customers we are looking for an experienced and motivated plastic lock (m/w/d) for the Leverkusen site.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Production, processing and assembly of pipeline systems, containers, equipment and plant components made of plastic according to technical drawings, isometries and production documents
• Implementation of repair, maintenance and conversion work on plastic pipe lines and installations
• Measuring and measuring pipeline systems on site
• Reading and conversion of isometries, coordinate plans and technical drawings
• Creation and maintenance of work documents, piece lists and production documentation
• Self-selling and provision of the necessary materials, tools and tools
• Installation of pipelines and components by isometry
• Implementation of welding, adhesive and laminating work on plastic components
• Installation and disassembly of pipelines, fittings, apparatus and flange connections
• Conducting quality testing and ensuring compliance with technical requirements
• Implementation and control of internal QSGU guidelines and customer-specific safety and quality requirements

Technical requirements

• Complete technical training, ideally in the field of plastics engineering, piping construction or plant construction
• At least 3 years of professional experience in piping, plant engineering or plant arrests
• experience in the assembly, disassembly and laying of pipelines of different pressure stages, nominal widths and materials including mounting systems
• Very good knowledge of plastics such as PP, PE, PVC, URGF and composite materials
• Basic knowledge of PVDF, PVC-C and Fibercast
• Valid welding test according to Directive 97/23/EC and DVS 2212 for the respective applications
• Safe handling of technical drawings, isometries and coordinate plans
• Technical understanding, rapid understanding and an independent and structured way of working
• High ownership, reliability and quality awareness
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Successfully completed SGU training according to document No. 016
• Certification as a screwdriver (m/w/d) according to DIN EN 1591-4

• Valid occupational medical examination G26.2 or G26.3 for respiratory protection device carriers
• Training for the load hitch according to DGUV Information [for phone number see the original ad] (former BGI 556) desirable
• Training for the first aider according to DGUV
