As a working student:in Recruiting (m/w/d), you will be a fully-fledged member of our team from the outset. You get deep insights into the facets of talent extraction for our diverse IT areas. We promote your development and give you space for your own ideas. You accompany the entire application process – from the control of demand applications, the visibility of applications and the preparation of interviews to communication with specialist departments and applicants. You form attractive and target-group-oriented job advertisements that best present our vacancies. You participate in interviews and gain valuable insights into the selection processes. You support us in recruiting projects and help us analyze and continuously improve our recruiting channels and strategies. You agree on various topics with stakeholders in a wide range of areas: HR Managers:inside, HR Specialists, Heavy Disabled Representation and Works Council, Data Protection Officer, Personal Marketing and Corporate Communication.

You are at least 1 year registered:r Student:in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences with a focus on staff. You have first practical experience in recruiting; an affinity for IT topics is advantageous, but no need. You have joy in exchange with people, are empathic and formally precise and convincing. You work on your own initiative, you are curious and will be happy to introduce yourself with your own ideas. With MS Office apps you know well and know about new tools you can quickly acquire. You have fluent German skills (CEFR level C1 or higher) as well as at least good English skills in word and writing.
