Creation of offers and order confirmations as well as credits and tracking Collection and tracking of customer-specific orders in the ERP system First contact for customers as part of the order processing Management of movements of goods and stocks, e.g. access, stock and waste Monitoring of delivery dates in consultation with manufacturing, procurement and external service providers Communication with internal and external partners External assistance

A successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as an industrial businessman Finded professional experience in a comparable function Routinized handling of MS Office programs and SAP Good knowledge of English Joy in direct customer contact, communication and data collection Flexibility, enforcement capacity and team capacity
