As an analyst (m/w/d), you develop and create dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders that provide a clear overview of relevant key figures You prepare complex data from different sources and support sound decision-making processes Ensuring high data quality and consistency in all reports and dashboards is your top priority You work closely with internal departments, develop tailor-made solutions for their business requirements and continuously improve our dashboards and reporting processes In addition, you drive the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data integration

Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable area Multiannual professional experience in the preparation of reports and dashboards, ideally in the retail or e-commerce environment Knowledge of working with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data analysis software (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel) Extensive understanding of KPIs and their importance in business processes, as well as knowledge in the associated data modeling Ability to make complex data understandable and visually appealing Experience with ETL processes and a basic understanding of backend data structures are advantageous Strong analytical skills and precise, structured working methods as well as fluent knowledge of German and English
